Everyone,
Just a reminder to avoid bringing snacks, cookies
and candy that contain peanuts and nuts due to several scouts that have peanut allergies. This is our general rule for all events where food is involved. We have a large turnout for Saturday and want to make sure we avoid any potential reactions.

Just a reminder about our overnight at Climb Time this Saturday, Feb. 27. If you have any questions, please let me know. If you haven't paid or turned in your paperwork, please bring it with you Saturday.
Also, if you are willing to help drive the scouts to Climb Time, but don't want to stay, that if fine too. We would just ask that you also be available to pick up on Sunday morning, at 8:00 a.m. We have roughly 40 scouts attending, so will need additional transportation. I will be sending out the driver's list on Thursday.
Lastly, don't forget to bring money for the pizza ($5)

Attached are details for our Climb Time overnight on Feb 27-28. There are four attachements:

Please review and let me know if you have any questions. If you are attending, please plan on paying at our next meeting, Monday, Feb. 22. Checks can be made out to Troop 43, or you can use money from your account to cover the cost.
There are four spots left if you would like to use this overnight to earn your climbing merit badge. Again, preference will be given to scouts with the rank of first class or higher.
As you can see by the list, we don't have many adults signed up. Please let me know if you can attend, and if you are willing to drive.
